The Carlton 1790 chipper is built to withstand the punishment you dish out.

From the heavy duty infeeders to the formed infeed, the Carlton 1790 is the most solidly constructed chipper on the market today.

The 88 hp (or optional 99 hp) turbo diesel Kubota engine powers massive 10 ½ x 17-inch feed rollers allowing the 1790 to easily chip 9-inch material continuously.

The infeed on this CARLTON 1790 is a huge 17" wide by 9" high.

48" Wide Feed Chute takes the big tops, requires less trimming by the crew!

Twin lift cylinders on the CARLTON 1790 for more down pressure.

You can raise the upper roller to accept varying sizes of material, and lower it down to CRUSH it!
