Simplex 14 automatic
As above, but with the automatic package, includes
solenoid valves, limit switches, electrical controls, plumbing and
weldments to convert from manual to fully automatic processing.
Optional diesel engine. The CHPOMER Simplex 14 is also available with a 36 hp diesel engine. Here is a little more information that may help you to decide if the 24 hp gas engine or the 36 hp diesel engine is best for your operation.
Customers tell us that the 24 hp gas engine consumes about 7 litres her hour while the 36 hp diesel consumes about 3 litres per hour. Also, the processing time should be about 1/3 quicker with the diesel engine so you save fuel two ways. You will also save time and cost on service and repairs with the diesel engine.
If you amortize the extra cost of the engine over 5 years, you should seriously consider the diesel option at about 160 cords per year or more.
