ABCTI
COMPOSTING SYSTEM
Finally there's a low cost solution to the problems that plague
composting programs. Ag-Bag Compost Technology International
uses field proven technology to efficiently contain and process
compostable materials. Enormous sealed plastic bags have been
used for aerobic and anerobic containments for more than two
decades.
ELIMINATES ODOURS AND LEACHATE
The sealed environment eliminates the nuisance problems of composting
and allows project siting close-in to urban centers. Odours,
leachate, dust and airborne pathogens are kept in. Flies and
rodents are kept out. Reduced transit means lower hauling costs.
The Enviro-POD offers rapid composting and recycle times. The
blower and vent system is easy to maintain and give the operator
complete control of aeration, moisture content and temparature.
Weather is not a factor as in the traditional windrow process.
Compost in POD's does not have to be turned. POD's can be placed
close together to save space.
PRODUCES A HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT
The ABCTI System™ has a low capital cost. It is compatible with
existing equipment and site preparation is minimal. The bag
system provides unlimited capacity without permanent structures.
It easily adjusts to seasonal changes in waste flow. The fast
and durable Ag-Bag®
compactors are available in sizes to fit
any operation, large, small or somewhere in between.

510 &
1012 PTO Powered Compost Turners
Unique rotor design for accurate mixing and aeration.
Efficient operation, low cost and durable. |

MM Series:
pushed or pulled, motor driven rotor
The
MM12L and MM14L's rotor are driven by a self contained diesel
power unit (Perkins 6 cyl, 152hp or 190hp). The turner attaches
to a front end loader using a quick coupler and is pushed
along the windrow. Also offered are the MM12 and MM14 models.
Driven by a 152hp or 190hp diesel Perkins, these models are
pulled by a tractor or loader. |
BIOTEX
WINDROW COVERS
This durable cover retains
heat and humidity, shed excess rainwater and promote faster,
more uniform aerobic decomposition. The Biotex membrane is
semi-permeable, lightweight, inert and resistant to acidic
and alkaline agents. A standard equipment on the SP series
and available as an option on the other models, a simple threading
frame allows the operator to raise and lower the Biotex windrow
cover at the same time as turning the windrow. |
