Northland Chipper Sales Ltd. has been appointed as a dealer for Tremzac in BC and Alberta.

Tremzac of Quebec builds Wood Shavings Machines and the Oxtrac multi-task vehicle.

The Tremzac Wood Shaving Machine is designed to make fine, medium or coarse shavings from logs up to 40" dia. The shavings have a wide variety of uses. They are used in agriculture for animal bedding and composting. There are pto models so farmers and feed lots can use their existing equipment to power the Wood Shavings Machine. They can also be diesel or electric powered, mobile or stationary. Northland Chipper Sales Ltd. has been supplying chippers and grinders for over 20 years. We believe that the Wood Shaving Machine is a perfect fit for us, filling a gap in our Green Heat toolbox.

Shavings are a preferred feedstock for the manufacture of fuel pellets, briquettes and pucks or may be used directly as fuel when densification is not required.

The Tremzac OXTRAC is a multi-task tracked vehicle designed to work with a light footprint on the earth. The OXTRAC has a skidding capacity of 15,000 lbs. (6,800 kg.). Designed to go into the forest with the agility of a horse the OXTRAC is at home forest fire fighting and selective logging.
